    Position Overview:

    We’re seeking a skilled Aerospace Painter to join a production team. In this role, you’ll prepare and apply protective coatings to aircraft components, ensuring a flawless finish and long-lasting durability. This position is ideal for someone with experience in industrial or aerospace painting who’s looking to expand their skill set with additional training and support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform viscosity tests and checks on all production jobs
    • Measure and verify coating thickness for quality control
    • Apply epoxy and enamel coatings with precision
    • Maintain accurate mixing and production records
    • Detail oriented required

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in aerospace or industrial coating and painting required
    • Familiarity with HVLP spray guns and other painting equipment is a plus
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
    • Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
    • Reliable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic

    Work Schedule:

    • Full-time, Monday through Friday
    • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    • Pay starts at $20 an hour, and is based on experience
