AbouttheRole
As anIn-HouseSki Technician+Valet Attendant, you will be the face of Ski Butlersatour on-siteoperationwithinthe Waldorf Astoria Park City. You willhelp createa seamless guest experiencefrom arrival through departure,welcoming guestsbefore and after their time on the mountain,assisting with putting on and removing ski boots,storingandretrievingequipment,providingski and snowboard rentals,and working side by side with hotel team members.
The Waldorf Astoria Park City is a luxury mountainpropertylocatedin the Canyons VillageofPark City MountainResort. Ski Butlersoperatesas an extension of the hotel’s skier services, helping guests transition smoothly between the hotel and the mountain each day.

Primary Responsibilities
Welcome guests and create a seamless, personalizedexperiencethat reflects the standards of Ski Butlers and the hotel while consistently meeting our Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time – Prepare and retrieve equipment withinpromisedtimeframes
KCR #2: Communication – Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
Accurately tag, store, organize, stage, and retrieve guest-owned and rented equipment.
Anticipate guests’ needs before and after their time on the mountain, including helping them put on and remove their ski boots
Work collaboratively with the hotel teams, including concierge, bell, front desk, andtransportation, to coordinate service and resolve guest needs
Completethe entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals:
Bookingrental orders
Packing rental orders in advance of equipment fitting
Fittingguestsfor rental equipment and providing a highly personalized fitting experience
On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes
Picking Up equipment fromguests’atthe end of their rental period. Equipment is sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use
Secondary Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Basic ski/snowboard tuning,waxingand general equipment maintenance
Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
Snow removal
Re-stock amenities
