Position Overview
Help lead the team that creates some of our youngest guests' most memorable days on the mountain. As an MLC Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional children's and group lesson experiences while leading instructors and indoor staff through the fast-paced daily operations of the Meadows Learning Center.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team supervision, training, guest service, and mountain operations. The position includes two daytime shifts supporting the Children's Learning Center and two evening shifts overseeing Night Lesson operations, providing variety while giving you the opportunity to lead across different areas of the Learning Center. You'll help coordinate lesson assignments, support instructors, communicate with parents and program partners, oversee lesson areas, and ensure operations are safe, organized, and ready for guests. You'll also have opportunities to coach and develop instructors, contribute to training and curriculum, and step in on the snow when needed.
If you're an experienced snowsports professional who enjoys developing people, thrives in a busy team environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for children and families, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Mt. Hood Meadows while growing as a leader in the snowsports industry.
