SERVICE MANAGER – PARK CITY
Thisindividual is responsible for all daily operations in the service and repair procedures for Switchback Sports.
Compensation:
Salary - $22-$24 Hourly

Job Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge of all service offerings and related equipment.
Must have experience tuning and repairing winter related ski equipment.
- Responsible for overseeing the service and repair of customer and rental related equipment.
Must exhibit strong leadership skills.
- Able to oversee maintenance of rental inventory, all repair shop tools, machines, and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees as well as guests.
- Hire all positions related to service.
Create SOPs to be used in all locations for – tuning, repairs, pricing.
- Manage service staff – assist with hiring, training, etc.
Manage ski tuning, mounting, testing, bike tuning and repair.
- Research and execute service equipment and buy accordingly.
Responsible for all repair inventory such as wax, ptex, hole plugs, etc.
- Make sure all rental equipment is maintained.
Order all supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance of shop area and rental equipment.
- Reports to General Manager and Owner.
All other duties, activities and processes as assigned.
