Seeking an experienced Sitework Superintendent to oversee small- and large-scale excavation and sitework projects throughout the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily sitework and excavation operations.
Supervise crews of 3–15 employees.
Coordinate site utilities, grading, layout, and excavation activities.
Oversee asphalt paving and storm sewer installation.
Read plans and ensure accurate field layout and grades.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and project schedules.
Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sitework/Site Superintendent.
Strong experience with:Site utilities
Asphalt paving
Storm sewer
Grading
Site layout
Excavation
Experience leading crews of 3–15 workers.
Strong knowledge of sitework construction and field operations.
Must be able to work in the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs.
