Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid ScheduleThe Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid Schedule will be responsible for:Manage all phases of site development projects, from project startup through completion and closeout.Coordinate project startup activities, including submittals, utility coordination, permitting support, and safety documentation.Collaborate closely with superintendents to address field challenges, maintain schedules, and ensure successful project execution.Develop, track, negotiate, and manage change orders while maintaining accurate project records.Manage subcontractor relationships and coordinate activities among clients, vendors, consultants, and project teams.Oversee project billing, forecasting, cost tracking, and overall financial performance.Procure materials and coordinate with estimating teams to ensure accurate quantities and timely delivery.Monitor production metrics and project performance to achieve productivity and operational goals.Prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing proposals for change orders and additional work.Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid Schedule should have:5+ years of experience in site development, sitework construction, or related civil construction disciplines.Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.Strong understanding of sitework operations, production tracking, scheduling, and project controls.Experience managing project billing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing project documentation and reporting.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Experience with wet utility construction is highly preferred.The Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid Schedule may receive:Base compensation up to $130k (depending on previous experience)Hybrid work schedule - only two mandatory days in officeMileage reimbursementHealthcare401k with company match3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
