Sitework Project Manager - Holliston, MA

Must have a few years of lead project management expeirence within self-perform, sitework, or civil space. Manage sitework construction projects from initial planning through closeout.

• Manage sitework construction projects from initial planning through closeout.
• Coordinate daily project activities to keep work aligned with project plans.
• Track project schedules and address issues that could affect delivery.
• Work with project stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, and next steps.
• Review sitework progress and maintain clear project records.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and site needs to support planned work.
• Monitor project costs and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Help resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum.

• Experience managing construction projects with sitework responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, scope, and day-to-day activities.
• Ability to track project progress and communicate clear updates.
• Experience working with project stakeholders on construction activities.
• Ability to identify project issues and coordinate practical solutions.
• Experience monitoring project costs and maintaining project records.
