Job Summary
We are seeking a Sitework Foreman to join our team! 

Responsibilities 

• Directing and supervising labor crews and equipment operators
• Reading and interpreting plans, grades, and specs 
• Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors 
• Ensuring safety standards are followed 
• Tracking progress and reporting daily production 
• Troubleshooting field issues in real time 

Type of work: 

• Excavation and grading
• Installation of utilities (storm, sanitary, water)
• Roadwork, curbs, and sidewalks
• Drainage systems
• Site prep for paving or foundations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferred
• Deep understanding of work optimization methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
