Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SiteTracker Developer to design, develop, configure, and support solutions on the Sitetracker platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce, Sitetracker configuration, custom development, integrations, and end-to-end implementation of telecom, energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Sitetracker applications based on business requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure Sitetracker objects, workflows, processes, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.
- Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Build and maintain integrations between Sitetracker/Salesforce and external applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Develop and maintain data models, custom objects, fields, relationships, and security configurations.
- Support project, site, asset, work order, task, and milestone management processes within Sitetracker.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Follow Salesforce/Sitetracker development best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, QA teams, and business users.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development/configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Sitetracker development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud concepts.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, security, sharing, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Salesforce automation.
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration and deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Sitetracker certification or relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Experience in Telecom, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Construction, or Infrastructure domains.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce DX.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center, Git, and SFDX.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
