Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and support SiteTracker solutions.

• Work with SiteTracker on the Salesforce (SFDC) platform.

• Support implementation, enhancements, configuration, and integrations.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SiteTracker/Salesforce solutions.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective resolutions.

• Collaborate with business, technical, and offshore teams.
