Job description:
Sitecore Key Responsibilities- Perform assessment and discovery of existing Sitecore implementations and supporting integrations.
- Design and execute migration strategies from on-premises Sitecore environments to Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and validate migration approaches.
- Refactor legacy code, services, and integrations to ensure cloud compatibility.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and remediation strategies.
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services using C#/.NET.
- Partner with front-end developers supporting headless implementations using Next.js and related technologies.
- Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
- Create migration plans, work breakdown structures, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices throughout the migration effort.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of application development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Proven experience migrating Sitecore solutions from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
- Experience analyzing enterprise application architectures.
- Understanding of headless CMS concepts and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience identifying and resolving integration and dependency challenges.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Next.js or similar headless front-end technologies.
- AWS cloud experience.
- Experience with Azure or GCP cloud environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Sitecore certifications are a plus.
