Experience & Certification Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore headless architecture.
• 1+ year of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x.
• Must hold a Sitecore certification for Sitecore 10, XM Cloud, or SitecoreAI CMS Developer.
• Recent hands-on Sitecore experience is mandatory.
• Sitecore MVP recognition in recent years is strongly preferred.
• Must have performed the role of Architect for a Sitecore implementation program.
• Experience with both Sitecore development and production/support projects.

Sitecore Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of Sitecore architecture and end-to-end Sitecore development and deployment.
• Strong experience with Sitecore SXA and Helix principles.
• Experience with Sitecore search solutions, customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience resolving Sitecore production issues within defined SLAs.
• Experience performing Sitecore upgrades and migrations.
• Experience deploying and managing Sitecore on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD for Sitecore environments.
• Experience with Sitecore Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of Sitecore solution architecture and best practices.
• Ability to design scalable Sitecore solutions and effectively communicate architecture decisions to clients.

Headless & Full Stack Development

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore headless architecture.
• Experience with Vercel.
• Strong experience with Next.js and React.js for front-end development.
• Experience with headless Sitecore implementations using Next.js and React.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, React, and CSS.
• Experience developing and integrating microservices.
• Experience with modern front-end development and headless CMS architectures.

Cloud & Architecture

• Platform-agnostic cloud knowledge across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Experience designing Sitecore solutions across cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, deployment, scalability, and integration patterns.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
• Ability to design solutions that integrate Sitecore with cloud services and microservices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design Sitecore solutions in alignment with Sitecore architecture and development best practices.
• Collaborate with client business and technical teams to clarify requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Interact directly with customers, architects, and technical stakeholders regarding Sitecore architecture and solution design.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance throughout Sitecore implementation programs.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers faced by development teams.
• Guide developers and review their work to ensure adherence to Sitecore best practices, Helix architecture, and effective SXA utilization.
• Lead and mentor teams of Sitecore developers during implementation projects.
• Perform hands-on Sitecore development when required.
• Participate in both architecture and development activities as part of a fully hands-on role.
• Troubleshoot complex Sitecore issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support production environments and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Provide thought leadership and technical direction for Sitecore implementations.
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with client requirements.
