Key Responsibilities- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors on active job sites
- Enforce OSHA and site safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and address safety concerns
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Maintain daily logs, attendance records, and project documentation
- Order materials and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements- 5+ years of Site Supervisor or construction leadership experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong knowledge of construction tools, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass government security background checks
- Willingness to travel- up to 75%
Preferred Qualifications- Construction-related degree or training program
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Procore experience
- OSHA 30 Certification
