Full-Time | Site Supervisor-Group Home Manager

As a Residential Manager, you'll be at the heart of that mission-leading a team of Direct Support Professionals and ensuring every person we serve has the support they need to thrive.

What You'll Do:

You'll lead, guide, and support both staff and residents across our group homes, apartments, and outreach settings. You'll model excellence in care, coordinate services, and keep everything running smoothly-from individualized plans to household operations.

• Supervise and mentor residential staff
• Foster a positive, person-centered environment
• Ensure implementation of individual support and safety plans
• Assist with personal care and model direct support practices
• Oversee house operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and budgeting
• Participate in staff hiring, training, and performance management
• Support life planning and community engagement for residents
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in direct support services
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with documentation systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• A compassionate mindset and a commitment to dignity, choice, and inclusion

Where You'll Work:

This role requires flexibility to work in residential homes and community settings throughout Rhode Island. You'll also use your personal vehicle for transportation as needed.
