    Description

    Summary
    Pro Resources is seeking On-Site Supervisors for a local Roofing company. The goal of the Site Supervisor is to ensure that the roof replacement is done effectively without causing harm to the customer or their property. They oversee and inspect the installation process during the replacement, as well as the post-job cleanup. They work alongside subcontractors to ensure proper safety precautions are taken both on the jobsite and during supply deliveries.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    Prioritize 1–2 jobs per day to ensure Company satisfaction during the installation process and monitor overall customer feedback
    Collaborate with production management team to ensure the crews have a well-documented schedule and understand each job up to one week before the start date
    Manage a daily schedule to ensure that jobs are completed by the deadline
    Take inventory of materials on-site and in the warehouse
    Monitor and educate on supply needs and functionality
    Complete and load a materials list daily for each job’s specifics

    Education & Experience
    1–2 years of experience in project management and/or site supervisory
    1–2 years experience in general construction
    1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
    1–2 years experience with CRM software, such as AccuLynx or inventory management

    Qualifications
    Understanding of OSHA requirements
    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a subcontracting crew effectively
    Solve problems effectively, handling customer concerns and internal challenges with skill
    Utilize industry-related technologies and tools, including production tools such as razor knives, air guns, saws, and chalk lines
    Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
    Work a flexible schedule, including hours exceeding 12 hours per day

    Physical Requirements
