Overview
Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Supervisor to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Security and Emergency Management Directorate in managing Enterprise Access Control Services (EACS). This position is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, supervising personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and supporting the protection of MDA personnel, facilities, and assets.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision for security personnel supporting access control, visitor management, alarm response, and dispatch operations.
Ensure daily security operations are conducted in compliance with contract requirements, policies, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with Operations Managers, Operations Support Managers, and Shift Supervisors to support mission objectives and operational effectiveness.
Oversee Security Control Center operations, access control activities, badge administration, and Common Access Card (CAC) administration functions.
Ensure personnel are properly trained, qualified, and prepared to perform assigned duties.
Support emergency response activities and provide assistance during incidents, alarms, emergencies, and security-related events.
Manage workforce schedules, training schedules, employee certifications, and related administrative requirements.
Oversee training programs, training records, and workforce development initiatives.
Conduct quality control reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and Job Qualification Standards (JQS).
Support special projects, conferences, security plans, operational initiatives, and program enhancements.
Assist with government property accountability, inventory management, and equipment tracking programs.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Security, Law Enforcement, Management, or a related field and/or equivalent training and experience; OR Associate degree and eight (8) years of related experience and/or equivalent training and experience.
Minimum of six (6) years of management experience, preferably in a civilian police, military police, security, or related organization.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related operational environments, with six (6) years at the supervisory level.
Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in analytical decision-making, administrative leadership, and operational management.
Minimum of six (6) years of specialized experience in physical security, law enforcement, or related security operations.
Previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, or federal government security programs.
Experience managing Security Operations Centers, access control programs, or visitor management activities.
Experience administering Job Qualification Standards (JQS) programs and workforce readiness initiatives.
CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
Experience with access control systems, alarm monitoring platforms, and security technologies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of physical security operations, access control procedures, and security management principles.
Strong leadership, supervisory, and workforce development skills.
Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and operational performance standards.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain training programs and employee qualification requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational requirements simultaneously.
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to mission success.
