Position: Pay Site Supervisor for Ellicott Schools: $18.00 - 20.00 DOE Schedule 11a-8p M-F - flexibility required Function Ensure customer service is performed and delivered according to contract specifications; company policies, procedures, systems; and training. Assist in achieving financial goals for the account. Assist with training of new employees. Skills - Train and coach other employees to ensure their success

Responsibilities and Accountabilities FBG is an employee-owned industry leader in facility cleaning. - Ensure proper use of chemicals and supplies. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, repaired, and in safe working order. Maintain a clean and organized supply closet.
- Ensure everyone on the team does their part in following, completing, maintaining, monitoring, adjusting, and updating their Job Schedules and any other duties to ensure efficient delivery of quality service.
- Ensure employees check in and out every day as scheduled.
- Always seek ways to improve our service to the customer in providing a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment. Actively and continuously encourage the team to refer potential people for employment.
