Environmental Services (EVS) Site Supervisor Location: Summit County, Ohio Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule Thursday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Friday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Saturday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Monday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM About JSI Janitorial We help facilities maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have commercial cleaning experience, strong leadership skills, an excellent attendance record, and reliable transportation. This position is responsible for leading a team of 4-10 employees while ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and presentable. The Site Supervisor will perform cleaning duties alongside the team while providing training, support, accountability, and customer service. Employee Perks Paid Time Off Six Paid Holidays Medical, Life, and Short-Term Disability Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Employee Referral Bonus Program Employee Assistance Program Career Growth Opportunities Casual Work Atmosphere Ongoing Training and Development What You Will Do Train, coach, and develop team members on cleaning procedures, chemical usage, safety, and customer expectations Lead a team of 4-10 Environmental Services employees Conduct monthly inspections and quality audits Communicate with customers and address service concerns Work with management to maintain labor and supply budgets Assist with scheduling and staffing needs Monitor team performance and ensure all assigned tasks are completed daily Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, staffing concerns, and operational opportunities Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming Perform floor care and operate cleaning equipment Service, clean, and stock restrooms Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, vents, and common areas Disinfect high-touch surfaces Remove trash and recycling Track cleaning supplies and equipment Follow all company and customer health and safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of commercial cleaning experience Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred Floor care experience is highly desired; however, we are willing to train the right candidate Reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead and below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, drive, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps, stairs, and ladders, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds. This role requires extensive walking both indoors and outdoors. Some locations may have dust or debris in the air that may cause allergies. Noise levels may be above average in certain work areas.
