Site Supervisor - Industry Focus

Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Site Supervisor to performs a variety of tasks within our recycling facility in Celina, TX. The primary responsibility of the Site Supervisor is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. You'll assist the Location Manager in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees on a specific shift.

This is a management role, full-time, with opportunities for you to grow with us. We're looking for people with skills in communication, problem solving, and time management. Your experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing is a plus.

High School Diploma

Minimum of 6 Months experience, as a Warehouse Manager/Production Manager preferred
