Site Supervisor - Austin (Remote)

Position: Site Supervisor for High-end residential project

Location: AUSTIN, TX.

Duration: Minimum 1 year  

Salary Range: 80,000-125,000/year PLUS a strong bonus program

Must Haves:

1- Experience working on High-end residential projects experience with modern and clean contemporary style.

2- An acute understanding of details and means and methods for this type of project.

3- Be able to communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors on daily basis.

4- Work Independently.

Definition: 

Daily, onsite review of all trades with specific oversight on:  

• - Quality Control  

• - Proper execution of plans  

• - Daily and weekly schedules 

• - Ethics 

• - Safety control of job site and subcontractors 

• - Schedule and man City Inspections as needed  

• - Communicate and relay issues/questions from the site to the Project Manager 

• - Daily tasks to ensure job site runs smoothly  

• - Manage and coordinate the execution of work by subcontractors to eliminate un-approved changes.

   

Site Superintendents will work in direct contact with sub-contractors and clients and will be expected to be able to correctly interpret and convey the information in the Construction Documents to all appropriate parties. Site Superintendents will work directly under Project Managers are required to be able to clearly communicate, in detail and with efficiency, all aspects of the project through the Construction Documents. Site Superintendents are required to be familiar (and able to locate, interpret and convey clearly) with all details, floorplans, elevations, and information provided in all Construction Documents and/or Design intent documents.
