Description

* Lead daily field operations on a $20M renovation

* Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality

* Maintain daily logs, drawings, photos, and documentation

* Coordinate closely with PMs, engineers, and design teams

* Use Procore and Microsoft Project to track execution

Profile

* 10+ years of high-end residential construction experience

* Strong background delivering complex luxury renovations

* Polished communicator comfortable with discerning clients

* Autonomous problem solver with exceptional attention to detail

* Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Project, and digital workflows

Job Offer

$140K-$225K base salary, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
