Large Backlog of Projects in Pipeline with a Top Indianapolis General Contractor

Job Description
- 7+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 5 years in a lead role
- Proven success managing multiple, complex projects in education, municipal, commercial or institutional construction
- Strong Documentation skills is a must
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with master scheduling preferred
- Proficiency in Procore and other construction related software

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of lead Site Superintendent experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
- OSHA 30 certificate or ability to attain it within 12 months of hire
- Experience with education projects
- Experience with master scheduling
- Proficient in MS Office Platforms and Procore
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to influence, negotiate and drive project schedules
- Knowledge of all elements of commercial construction and understanding of skilled trades
