We're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale heavy industrial projects serving the pulp & paper, food & beverage, and manufacturing sectors.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in active industrial environments, understands the complexities of working within operating facilities, and can successfully coordinate multiple crafts, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. As a Site Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day field operations, ensuring critical capital projects, plant expansions, process improvements, shutdowns, and facility upgrades are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to production.

You'll partner closely with project teams, owners, plant leadership, engineers, and trade partners to plan and execute complex industrial work involving civil, structural, mechanical, process piping, equipment installation, electrical, and controls scopes. From coordinating shutdown activities in pulp and paper mills to managing fast-track improvements in food and beverage processing facilities, you'll play a key role in keeping projects moving while maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

In this role, you'll own field execution, including workforce planning, site logistics, scheduling, productivity management (BPS), quality control, material coordination, and subcontractor performance. You'll work side-by-side with the Project Manager to proactively solve challenges, maintain schedule commitments, and deliver successful outcomes in demanding industrial environments. We're looking for a leader with strong union construction experience, a deep understanding of heavy industrial operations, and the ability to build trust with both field teams and plant personnel.

If you're passionate about leading complex industrial construction projects, mentoring craft professionals, and delivering work that helps manufacturers operate more efficiently, you'll find opportunities to make a significant impact while building a long-term career with Boldt. Here, you'll help shape the future of critical industries while working with teams known for safety, collaboration, and construction excellence.
