POSITION OVERVIEW
The Site Safety Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation, enforcement, and communication of Dvorak's comprehensive safety program on an assigned project site. This role serves as the on-site subject matter expert on construction safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, maintaining a full-time field presence. The Site Safety Manager works closely with the Sr. Safety Manager, project teams, foremen, superintendents, customers, and regulatory agencies to foster a proactive, accountable safety culture on-site. This position is dedicated to full-time, hands-on field presence, ensuring that safety standards are consistently applied, communicated, and enforced throughout the project.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (based upon experience) + bonus opportunity
Work Location: In person and field-based; may involve exposure to weather, heights, confined spaces, and loud noise. PPE required on all job sites.
