Construction Certification Current EM 385-1-1 Training Current USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification (CQM-C/CQCM) Minimum 10 years of construction experience Minimum 5 years serving as a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) Previous experience supporting NAVFAC, USACE, Department of Defense, or comparable federal construction projects Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1, OSHA regulations, and federal construction safety requirements Experience developing, administering, and enforcing Accident Prevention Plans Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, Activity
