    Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Security Infrastructure
    Location: Onsite 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) in Cary, NC
    Duration: 12 Months
    Position Summary
    We are seeking an SRE to support reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for a large-scale network security transformation initiative. This role will focus on monitoring, automation, operational tooling, and platform reliability throughout the migration program.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Support reliability of Fortinet security platforms.
    • Develop monitoring and alerting capabilities.
    • Automate operational processes and remediation activities.
    • Support firewall deployment and migration activities.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives.
    • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
    • Support infrastructure patching and maintenance.
    • Assist with capacity planning and performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with deployment and NetDevOps teams.
    • Develop operational runbooks and procedures.
    Required Skills
    • 5+ years of SRE, systems engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience.
    • Python automation skills.
    • Enterprise monitoring and alerting experience.
    • Cisco networking knowledge.
    • Fortinet experience.
    • Incident management experience.
    • Root cause analysis expertise.
    • Strong operational troubleshooting skills.
    Preferred Skills
    • NetDevOps exposure.
    • Infrastructure automation.
    • Network security experience.
    • Arista networking.
    • Cloud platform experience.
    • Financial services background.
