Description
Join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer II in a hybrid setting. 
This contract position focuses on enhancing system reliability and performance through strategic engineering practices. 
You'll work with a variety of technologies to automate processes and improve system resilience.
Design and lead reliability engineering initiatives.
Establish standards for automation and learning practices.
Focus on improving resilience and reducing incidents.
Scale operations across complex environments.
Implement observability and automation strategies.
Drive engineering-led operations to enhance reliability.
Collaborate with teams to integrate best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy for site reliability engineering.
Automate processes to enhance reliability.
Design systems with reliability in mind.
Improve system recovery and reduce incidents.
Scale operations across diverse environments.

Qualifications
8 years of experience in site reliability engineering.
Proven track record in leading SRE transformations.
Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks and error budgets.
Ability to influence senior executives on reliability metrics.
Strong skills in communication and problem-solving.
