Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud environments, automation, monitoring, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor application and infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support deployments and system stability.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery.
Manage cloud infrastructure, preferably within AWS environments.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Dynatrace and Kibana.
Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
Drive continuous improvements in system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Support environments.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace and Kibana.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployments, and system performance optimization.
