Site Operations Supervisor
Plainfield, CT | $75,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations and staff activities
- Manage operational budgets and monitor key performance metrics
- Coordinate the flow of materials, orders, and logistics throughout the facility
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and compliance standards
- Partner with leadership to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives
- Supervise, coach, and develop employees across the site
- Serve as a key point of contact for operations, staffing, and process execution
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, recycling, waste management, warehousing, or materials handling environments
- Previous supervisory or management experience within an industrial or plant setting
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and workflow coordination
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
- Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining a compliant workplace
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
