Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty, and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Our Mission is to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Site Medical Director provides leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care at a specified clinical site(s). This role oversees medical providers, clinical services, quality assurance and improvement, safety, productivity, and staff development while modeling Marin Community Clinics' values of integrity, excellence, equity, and resilience in alignment with our mission to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.
