    Main Missions:
        To increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness by properly maintaining and improving equipment and maintenance processes in various areas of the facility

     

    Responsibilities:
    •    Follow all safety rules and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthful workplace
    •    Keep a neat, clean, and organized work area•    Perform preventative maintenance procedures as scheduled•    Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and building systems
    •    Determine root causes of equipment failures and implement permanent solutions
    •    Assist and train other internal and contracted maintenance technicians
    •    Assist contactors with repairs, revisions, construction, and new equipment setup
    •    Use internal system to record all work performed on a daily basis

     

    Desired Profile:
        Ability to use multimeter for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems up to 480VAC
        Working knowledge of PLCs and automated systems    Basic PC skills
        Read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control prints and schematics and use them to troubleshoot circuits
        Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment efficiently and effectively
        Technical certification with specialty experience in any of the following: mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, etc.
