Expanding youth sports provider is looking for responsible, well-organized individuals to manage the on-field activities of our programs and oversee your assigned venue.  All candidates must be over the age of 18 and possess strong communication skills.  Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management.   We are a customer service-oriented company - so those who have had experience "wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition.   

This is a part-time position that requires weekend work. We operate seasonally. You are able to submit your availability each season, and there may be small breaks of scheduling opportunities between seasons. You are able to select what locations work best for you; ie - Keller, N. Fort Worth, Grapevine, NRH, Watauga or; work all of them!

All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check and will be required to become first aid certified.

i9 Sports Site Manager Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to efficiently solve problems 
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and own vehicle capable of transporting large objects (SUV or Truck preferred)
  • First aid and CPR certified (this can be completed after hiring)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to speak in front of a group of people
