Assists the Director of Client Services in overseeing Prestonwood Pregnancy Center - Southwest ("PPC-SW").
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the reach and impact of PPC-SW
Work with PPC marketing to promote PPC-SW
Oversee recruitment and development of PPC-SW volunteers
Develop best practices to ensure efficient use and stewardship of resources donated for clients
Ensure evangelism is interwoven throughout the client experience
Assist in leading, mentoring, and equipping PPC-SW staff to provide exceptional client care
Ensure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
Onboard staff at PPC-SW
Ensure efficient communication flow throughout PPC-SW departments
Maintain knowledge of all PPC programs
Develop and execute classes to meet the needs of PPC-SW clients
