As a Facilities Manager working onsite in Mission TX, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also experience TTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.What You'll be Doing Looking for an opportunity where you'll lead the overall facilities management? And be part of creating positive employee experience? You'll develop, implement, and maintain facility programs that reflect the priorities of continuous improvement, automation, thinking globally and identifying best practices. You'll lead and manage facilities team and act as the liaison between vendors and the landlord. While you'll have your eye on today, you'll also be thinking ahead to the needs of the business as it relates to facilities management.You'll report to Regional Site Manager, Real Estate and Facilities. You'll impact the business, the teams you support, and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through facilities management.During a Typical Day, You'llMaintain various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, Badge Access, Generator, UPS, and Fire Suppression.Establish and manage Facilities budget including the budget and procurement processManage customer expectations and ongoing customer relations.Develop and maintain standards to manage relationships with facility related vendorsImplement and communicate policies that will impact on safety and security to customersManages facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery and coordinates with headquarters division to implement Site-wide Emergency Response PlanWhat You Bring to the Role4+ years experience in facilities management, process and executionMust be able to respond to emergency situations 24/7 with reliable transportation and valid driver license as you're the point of contact for emergency situations that affect the site campus on a 24/7 basis, also transport goods and equipment as neededAbility to use PC and database applications for tracking work ordersAbility to use standard and non-standard power toolsProven ability to lead a small team of internal staff and external vendorsWhat You Can ExpectAn annual incentive programMedical, dental, and visionTax-advantaged health care accountsFinancial and income protection benefitsPaid time off (PTO) and wellness time offTuition reimbursement and access to thousands of free online coursesVisit www.hellottecbenefits.com for more information.The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000 USD.
