Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the program and providing general daily care for program participants. The position assists young adults through geriatric individuals with chronic mental illness in learning essential daily living skills to achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence across one or more programs.
SALARY: Up to $24/hour

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, or a High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of field experience in a similar position can be substituted for the bachelor's degree requirement.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in mental health or social services, is highly desirable. Experience with administrative tasks, program coordination, and direct care is beneficial.
Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with program participants, staff, and external stakeholders.
Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and ensure the smooth operation of the program.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the site.
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to build therapeutic rapport and engage participants in skill-building activities.
Technical: Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and reporting purposes.
Certifications/Licenses:
Current Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification within six months of hire.
Obtains and maintains current Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification within six months of hire, CPR, and First Aid Certification.
Must possess a current, valid driver's license in the state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record.
Additional Qualifications:
Familiarity with FHR, DPH, and DMH policies, regulations, and standards.
Event Coordination: Ability to plan, organize, and manage events or programs, ensuring they run smoothly and within budget.
Safety Management: Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to implement and monitor safety procedures effectively
