Job Overview:
Rendr is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our newest location in Little Neck, NY. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about improving workflows, supporting teams, and enhancing the patient experience.
The Site Manager will oversee office operations, staff performance, workflow efficiency, and provider support while ensuring smooth clinic functionality and high-quality service standards.
Essential Functions:
- Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, medical records, billing, data entry and processing, and cash posting.
- Coordination of the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff.
- Trains a productive medical office team and conducts performance reviews.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments at Rendr.
- Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems for the practice.
- Maintains staff records.
- Orders medical and office supplies.
- Ensures patient satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot complaint and develop process improvements to prevent recurrences.
- Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA.
- Coordinates staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff.
- Ensures staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations.
- Other tasks as needed per practice.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five (3) or more years of experience in front office experience in a medical practice, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in EMR systems, MDLand is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly proficient in training and mentoring
- Leads by example and with integrity
