Assists the Senior Director in overseeing Prestonwood Pregnancy Center - Fort Worth ("PPC-FW").
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the reach and impact of PPC-FW
Work with PPC marketing to promote PPC-FW
Oversee recruitment and development of PPC-FW volunteers
Develop best practices to ensure efficient use and stewardship of resources donated for clients
Ensure evangelism is interwoven throughout the client experience
Assist in leading, mentoring, and equipping PPC-FW staff to provide exceptional client care
Ensure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
Onboard staff at PPC-FW
Ensure efficient communication flow throughout PPC-FW departments
Maintain knowledge of all PPC programs
Develop and execute classes to meet the needs of PPC-FW clients
