Site Manager Environmental Services Position Details:
- Location: Wesley Chapel Hospital
- Status: Full Time, Salary
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Weekend Work: Occasional

BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel is Pasco County's newest, state-of-the-art community hospital. Our 86-bed facility provides comprehensive health care services and our Pasco County community will always receive the very best compassionate care, close to home.
Site Manager Environmental Services Key Responsibilities:
- Provides environmental services and laundry operational oversight to a single hospital to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant healthcare environment.
- Directs daily operations including staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversees environmental services programs and initiatives to support infection prevention, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational goals.
- Monitors service quality, waste management activities, supply utilization, and environmental standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
- Collaborates with Infection Prevention, clinical leaders, and other departments to address environmental concerns and improve cleanliness and customer experience outcomes.
- Supports budget administration, vendor relationships, and resource management while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Provides guidance to supervisors and frontline team members. Performs environment of care rounds with departments across the facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Required experience:
- 5 years in Environmental Services
- 1 to 2 years of Supervisory experience
