Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting site operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping to ensure smooth site operations.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing staff, financials, and vendors for successful building operations.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to requests from clients and occupants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, including overseeing critical systems like HVAC and GMP areas.
What's Needed?
- Experience with building systems, vendor management, and construction oversight.
- Familiarity with GMP environments, critical systems, and regulatory standards such as FDA audits.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of SAP-based systems, VMS, and HVAC systems is a plus.
- 5-7 years of related experience, with a background in facilities management or similar roles.
