Work Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• The Site Manager will oversee the entire Office Services operation in a law office.
• This person will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing a team, and maintaining strong relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Responsibilities include managing copy, mail, fax, hospitality, and reception services; supervising one on-site employee; ensuring service standards are met; acting as the primary point of contact for the client; maintaining strong client relationships; coordinating daily workflow; and ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and professionally to support the law firm's operations.

Skills & Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate is a polished, highly professional individual who thrives in a client-facing role, possesses outstanding communication skills, and has a strong operational background in office services.
• Law Firm and Hospitality experience a BIG plus.
• The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills who thrives in a client-facing environment.
• They must be professional, highly organized, and possess a "can do, will do " attitude.
• The candidate should be an effective communicator, capable of building strong client relationships and leading day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.
• Previous management experience supervising a team is required.
• Prior law firm, professional services, and/or hospitality experience is highly preferred, as these environments closely align with the service expectations of this role.
• The candidate must be able to move throughout the office regularly, including walking between departments and service areas.
• The position requires the ability to lift and carry materials, packages, and office supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The role may also involve standing, bending, and transporting items as needed to support daily office services operations.
• No free parking $15-25 per day.
• Dress Code: Business casual-professional for law office
• Driving: No driving required
