Description
Job Purpose & Impact:
The Site Maintenance and Reliability Leader will manage the maintenance of physical assets in compliance with all applicable laws and procedures while achieving maximum plant reliability, availability, and cost efficiency.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with operations to integrate maintenance services that align with short- and long-term facility goals. You will champion a cultural shift toward operational excellence maximizing performance and asset utilization while minimizing unscheduled downtime through continuous improvement strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintenance & EHS Execution: Implement, deploy, and oversee maintenance and repair processes using industry best practices to optimize workforce resources, ensure compliance with inventory/maintenance standards, and improve Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) performance.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating gaps, conducting group assessments, and executing action plans to mitigate risk to personnel, equipment, and plant operations.
Performance Monitoring & Asset Reliability: Deploy a robust performance tracking system focused on asset reliability and failure elimination, regularly communicating metrics locally and regionally.

Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals and supervisors in a fast-paced environment. Direct talent management efforts including hiring, performance management, and workforce planning to support immediate and long-term organizational goals.
Other Duties: Perform additional operational leadership duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels to influence decisions and build collaborative partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
CMRP Certification: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation.
Continuous Improvement: Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Predictive Maintenance: Formal training or hands-on experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies.
