Site Operations Lead Print, Mail & Shipping

Pay: $20.00 $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: 3535 Vadnais Center Dr, Vadnais Heights, MN 55110
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Site Operations Lead to support daily print, mail, shipping, and document production operations. This position will serve as the day-to-day lead for a two-person team and will help ensure incoming requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with both team members and clients, can prioritize multiple requests, and is willing to learn new processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site operations and help coordinate workload between yourself and one additional team member.
  • Monitor incoming requests and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Handle shipping and receiving using UPS and USPS.
  • Perform printing, scanning, document assembly, cutting, binding, and punching.
  • Operate Ricoh equipment and related document-production systems.
  • Stock supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Communicate with clients and customers by phone and email.
  • Complete customer and client reporting as required.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with training and providing direction to team members.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams for daily business activities.
  • Remain current on relevant technology, equipment, and industry practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with basic shipping and receiving.
  • Experience with printing, scanning, binding, or document-production equipment.
  • Experience providing classroom or informal employee training.
  • Ability to lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to employees.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Comfortable operating advanced office and document-production equipment.
  • Ability to establish and prioritize specific, realistic work objectives.

Physical Requirements

This position requires extended periods of both sitting at a computer and standing while completing document or product assembly. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
