Site Leader - Bilingual

Judge Direct Placement is working with a metal products manufacturer in the Ontario-Fontana, CA area seeking a Bilingual Site Leader to oversee daily operations of their facility. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between executive strategy and floor-level execution, ensuring that our production of high-quality metal products—ranging from raw fabrication to finished assemblies—remains efficient, safe, and on schedule. As a bilingual leader, you will be the cultural and operational glue of their facility, fostering a collaborative environment where every team member.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Direct all daily plant operations including metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, and finishing departments.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual operating budgets and capital expenditure (CapEx) plans to upgrade machinery and technology.

• Bilingual Leadership: Translate complex technical requirements, corporate policies, and safety protocols into actionable instructions for a diverse workforce.

• Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and optimize production flow.

• Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous ISO quality standards and ensure 100% compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental permits.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Manage raw material inventories (steel, aluminum, etc.) and coordinate with vendors to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

• Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain skilled labor; lead performance reviews and technical training programs for floor supervisors and operators.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in manufacturing management

• Language Skills:Bilingual in both Spanish and English is required to effectively lead the current workforce and report to executive leadership.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of ERP/MRP systems and a deep understanding of metal production processes and metallurgy.

• Leadership Traits: Proven track record of managing a large headcount (50+) with a focus on empathy, accountability, and a "Safety First" mindset.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure to meet tight production deadlines and P&L targets.
