So, what will the Site Lead at Terrestris do?
As the Site Lead, you will serve as the on-site supervisor for Terrestris' team of Academic Instructors and Curriculum Developers supporting FSPC — a program that helps newly enlisted Sailors and those in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) build the math and reading skills needed to meet Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) standards for more technical Navy career fields. You will be the central point of contact between the contract team and the Navy, ensuring instruction is delivered on schedule, instructors stay certified, and the program continues to improve. This work requires professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to model the standards of dress, conduct, and character expected at a high-visibility military training command.
