Site Laborer

Our client, an industry leader in the Industrial recycling, is seeking a dedicated Site Laborers to join their team. As a Site Laborer, you will be an essential part of the recycling yard operations supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Site Laborer

Location: Thousand Palms & Coachella CA

Pay Range: $18.00-20.00

Shift: AM Shift Mon - Fri

What's the Job?

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Support skilled trades by transporting materials and tools to designated areas
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work site to prevent accidents
• Operate basic construction equipment and tools as directed by supervisors
• Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required
