Site Infrastructure Reliability Engineer — Crestview, FL

Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 base salary (DOE) + full benefits

Step into a role where your engineering decisions keep a precision manufacturing operation running flawlessly. In this fully on-site position, you’ll own the reliability and continuous improvement of building systems and utilities that power a world-class plant. You’ll report to an experienced on-site manager and collaborate daily with operations, maintenance, and engineering. Strong facilities background already? We’ll help you build environmental expertise over time.

A day in the life

• Walk the floor in the morning, check system dashboards, and align with maintenance on high-priority PMs.
• Open your NX CAD model to advance a facilities project from design concept to stakeholder review.
• Partner with operations to address a utility constraint, improving safety, uptime, and energy use.
• Close the day by updating reliability metrics and identifying the next round of efficiency gains.

What you’ll own

• Reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site facilities and infrastructure.
• End-to-end delivery of facilities projects using NX CAD—from concept through completion.
• Cross-functional collaborations to keep the site safe, efficient, and production-ready.
• Expansion into environmental responsibilities with training, mentorship, and support.
• Ongoing initiatives to boost efficiency, uptime, and sustainability.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years in facilities engineering within manufacturing or similar environments.
• Depth in facilities systems; environmental background is a plus (we’ll teach you if needed).
• NX CAD experience—or the ability to ramp quickly.
• A self-starting, solutions-first mindset and the confidence to work independently.
