Multi-state
design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager for their team in Lincoln!
Responsibilities:
- Manage
financial success of projects through the development of project scopes,
schedules, and budgets
- Ensure
projects completed on a timely basis
- Manages
complex contract negotiations
- Lead
the execution of project plans
- Assemble/manage project teams
- Coordinate availability of internal resources
- Assign individual responsibilities ensuring
technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives
- Ensure
deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget through monitoring
progress and measuring project performance
- Manage
change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies
to minimize negative financial impact to the project
- Coordinate
detailed reviews of technical work
- Build/maintain
client relationships
- Document
all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records including
correspondence, design plans, and other project related files
- Mentor/train
junior staff
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or
landscape architecture
- 6+ years of experience in site design and
development
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape
Architect
- Project management experience including scope,
schedule, and budget control
- Experience
with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Salary is
commensurate with experience.
