Site Cost Accounting Manager | Manufacturing
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Oversee general ledger reporting, account reconciliations, and financial statement reviews.
Manage inventory valuation, cost accounting, and revenue/cost reporting.
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate costing and financial reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly operational reviews.
Strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and support audits.
Work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and operational support.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing.
Experience in a smaller manufacturing environment (approximately $50M in annual revenue or less).
Strong knowledge of GAAP, inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
ERP experience with Sage, NetSuite, GSS, or similar systems.
Someone who is hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with operations.
