Responsible for managing youth programs at a middle school location, including Education, Arts, Social Recreation, and Physical Education.
Key duties involve planning, developing, and supervising program activities to support youth development outcomes, ensuring safety and inclusivity.
Supervise staff and volunteers, monitor program quality, maintain records, and manage budgets.
Coordinate marketing efforts to promote programs and increase visibility.
May oversee special events, assist with staff hiring, and communicate with parents and community partners.
Requires a related degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Physical ability to perform job functions and work in a typical club setting is essential.
