    We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Executive facility leader to become a part of our recovery team in the Dallas-Fort Worth market!

    This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.

    While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.

    Promises Dallas–Fort Worth creates a place where real healing happens, helping clients build lives that feel stable, sustainable, and deeply their own. Located in Lewisville, Texas, they serve the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area, admitting clients for primary substance use or primary mental health treatment. Clients may begin with medically supported detox, transitioning to residential care for structured support. Partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and virtual options add flexibility while sustaining progress.

    The Site CEO takes the lead with complete responsibility for the operations of their designated facility or facilities. This role encompasses the management of all departments and functions, ensuring the facility's financial stability, adhering to all regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional products and services to our patients and their families. As the primary decision-maker for all financial aspects, including expense approvals, the Site CEO will receive support from corporate functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing. This position reports directly to the SVP of Operations or the Regional Director of Operations.

     

    Key responsibilities include:

    1. Oversee facility operations and financial performance.
    2. Approve expenses and track revenue/expenditures.
    3. Monitor departmental performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
    4. Conduct bi-monthly one-on-one meetings with departmental leaders.
    5. Align leadership team with corporate vision and procedures.
    6. Identify and implement areas for improvement.
    7. Provide ongoing team training for managing discharges.
    8. Ensure compliance with state and accreditation regulations.
    9. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
    10. Foster a welcoming facility culture focused on client needs.
    11. Support leadership team collaboration for facility success.
    12. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and licensing regulations.
    13. Achieve successful state and joint commission audits with minimal deficiencies.
    14. Facilitate timely staff orientation and maintain effective staffing ratios.
    15. Establish accountability within departments.
    16. Provide reporting information to leadership.
    17. Manage facility operations for safety and maintenance.
    18. Approve payroll and invoices for staff, contractors, and vendors.
    19. Coordinate with business development to maintain community partnerships.
    20. Ensure exceptional service across all departments.
    21. Perform other assigned duties.

    Requirements

    CORE COMPETENCIES:

    Proficient in analyzing performance data for productivity and goal assessment, identifying cost reduction and program improvement areas. Capable of ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and licensing regulations. Excellent team player, collaborating with leadership on staffing needs and candidate interviews. Strong time management skills.

     

    EDUCATION:

    Master’s degree and five (5+) years of experience as defined below.
    Or Bachelor’s degree and ten (10+) years of experience as defined below.
    Or 10+ years’ experience as a Director as defined below:

    With Master’s - five (5) years of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders treatment facility.
    With Bachelor’s – ten (10) years of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders treatment facility.
    Or ten (10+) years’ experience in an administrative or supervisory director role in an addiction, psychiatric, or mental health licensed facility.

     

    LICENSURE/CERFICATION DESIRED:

     

    • Basic First Aid
    • CPR
    • Ability to maintain licenses/certifications as required by Company policies and State regulations

    Benefits

    Annual salary range: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00
